Changing Dual Framer for T1 Combo

We need to change out a Dual Framer for a T1 Combo for resiliency. When we go to delete the Dual we get a pop-up of "Child node must be deprogrammed before the current cabinet can be deleted". We have deleted trunks, routes, etc.
This system is not yet installed. It is a 3300 MXe 9.0. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

then dual t1/e1 framer port config

then dual t1/e1 framer

then controller module
