I am on NT 4, I have installed a cd-r on my system and it took "E" as the drive letter. I need E for a mapped drive. How do I chnage the cd-r to another letter?

You might be able to go into the control panel and change it form E to F. Usually under device manager there is a CDROM device. I think you can go to Properties and select certain drive letters to be reserved.

Of course it makes a lot more sense not to use E to map anything to. I think the normal practice is to start mapping at M. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.
