Changing Domain Name-PDC,BDC, Member Svr

I have three Servers.

1)a PDC running NT4.0 sp6
2)a BDC running NT4.0 sp6 and with Exchange 5.5 sp4 on it.
3)a member server with NT4.0 sp6

I want to change the domain name from A to B. I know that I will have to run MSW for exchange to change the name of the orginaztion object. But will it make a difference if I have a different domain name from a site name or an organization name. Should I change the domain name before I would change the site name or organization name? For the PDC and the member server I'm not too concerned. But what about the BDC with Exchange on it? Does anyone has any info on this?

There used to be a piece of software that did all of this for you. It has been mentioned in this forum before, but the memory is dimmed by time.
