We have a BCM that the DN's started with 2221 and then we added a PRI to the system and changed the phone DN's starting with 4101. Now when dial an areacode that starts with a 2, such as 212-555-1212, the call won't go though. I looked at inactive DN's an it shows 2317 to 2440 still there. is there a simple way to get rid of these.

Those 2xxx DNs shouldn't mess up your call routing, unless you are dialing the conflicting digits from an intercom key. It would be typical to access a line in some way before trying to pass those digits. Usually this is done by dialing "9" to access a line pool or match a destination code.

We are using an intercom key to dial all calls.
I have looked at everything and can't see any reason we can't dial a 2. The installer that put the system in had us add a 2A to the Destination Codes, but we haven't been able to try it yet.

we used to have a Pool A access code 9, we deleted the 9 from pool a so it doesn't have an access code any more. I looked at a few phones an they have line pool access
Pool A (No access code and no trunks)
Pool I (VOIP)
Pool PRI-A

They are dialing 9 to make calls, could this be the problem??

the guy is right. add 9A as destination code for PRI-A and remove access-code 9. This should work
