Previous tech programmed Meridian Mini Option 11c dig ph type as M3902(Nortel phones) whereas cust is being provided M3901(Nortel phones), Is there a way to change that listing for phone types?

Changing DIgital Phone Type...Option 11c

Other vendors (i.e. Lucent) allow you to switch the phone type without disturbing the majority of the programming. Unfortunately, Nortel is not one of those animals. To change the phone type, you must out the old set and either NEW or CPY from a known working TN for that phone model.
