changing destination of a form

Is it possible to have to submit buttons... one going to one destination the other submitting to the current page?

I'm guessing that it might have to be done using an onClick that changes the action of a form?

My questions are:
a) Is there a simpler way of doing it?
b) If not, what how would I adjust the action of a form?
