Changing Designer Hints of controls at design time

Hi,

I am trying to change the content of the hint window that appears when one mouse-over a control at design time. Usually it is displayed a popup window with the name, origin, size tab stop and order. I would like to appear other properties, but I could not find much information to do this yet.
I have read that it would be necessary to use some Open Tools API, that means, to create packages to be installed and then modify the Design IDE, but I don't know how to do this for the hint window.
Does anyone has a clue how to modify this hint window?
