How do I change the default port that Exchange uses for SMTP (port 25)

I need to chnage it something else (like 2525)

I have not been able to find much documentation on this

The Services file, located in the %SystemRoot%\System32\Drivers\Etc folder, contains a list of well-known port numbers for TCP/IP services. Microsoft Exchange Server uses the Services file to determine which TCP port is used for accepting or initiating connections.

Port 25 is a registerd port for SMTP if you change it your mailserver will not be able to communicate with other mailservers.
