Changing DB links depending on the selected parameter

I have a scenario where i am connecting to a Data source 'A' from cognos connection. In 'A' database, i created 2 database links 'B' and 'C'. Both B and C databases have the same table structure. When i run the report I pass region parameter, depending on the region, I wanted to change the database link.
My report is built off of a sql query.

Is there a way to change database link depending on the selected region? We are using Cognos8.4
