Changing data on multiple documents

I need to create a form for a web page with multiple document links that can change paragraphs in the documents (the documents have the similiar paragraphs) and email people with the changes to the paragraphs.

Should I do this in ASP and use a database to complete this??? If so how would I go about doing this project? Any suggestions or anyone ever do this before??

do you want multiple people to be able to update the same page, or do you want to lock the document when a user gets it?

sounds like you want to do a CVS type system, which isn't too hard, just takes a lot of thinking.

give me a little more on your constraints, and we'll be able to whip up something to get you thinking in the right direction

It doesnt matter about locking the document and I am not familiar with CVS.
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
