We integrating some new external services, and currently CM and Unity use IP addresses.
I need to change CM and Unity to use hostnames.

I have found a lot of documentation to change IP address and/or the hostname.
I don't need to change what they are, I just need to change from IP to hostname.
But the hostnames are all setup, I just need to change to hostnames.
Would that be done in CM Admin System>Server ?

So do you have DNS enabled on the servers? If so, yes all you have to do is change it on the location you mentioned. You didn't mention versions, but from experience it can cause db issues so reboots might be needed.

If DNS is not enabled, you will need to do that from CLI and required reboots.
