changing Crystal report from calendar year to fiscal year

I have a sales report that I developed for our sales manager based on the calendar year. However, since we are on a fiscal year and not a calendar year, he would like to have it changed to reflect our fiscal year. I have two questions: #1) How do I export the crystal report with the formulas so you can see what I have done; #2) How do I change the report from a calendar year basis to a fiscal year basis? Our fiscal year ends May 31.

Is this a Crystal formula or an SQL formula? If it is a Crystal formula, do the '####' specify the year?

It is a Crystal formula, the #### forces the Totext to make the year 4 characters.
