Changing CPN Name on SIP Trunks for outgoing calls

I just installed 10 SIP Trunks on 3300 version 7.0 SP1. Everything works fine however I am trying to set all extension to deliver a the same CPN Name instead of their personal name. I tried to follow the instructions in the SIP PEER PRofile but have no luck. Any help greatly appreciated

My results via the SIP peer have been hit and miss.

I typically use the COS option for CPN substitution that sends the Department name instead of the User Name.
