changing controls on a wizard page at "runtime"

I'm very new to wizards in AssetCenter (probably an opening line that is often seen here...)

I am trying to create an "Add Asset" wizard. On the "portfolio" page, if a user selects "In Stock", I would like the available stock rooms to appear for a user to select.

The "portfolio" page is page 3/4 in the flow.

I've been reading through the documentation and I can't find, for the life of me, how to do it.

I would Add the appropriate controls to the page, and then make them visible depending upon user selection.
