Changing Colours of cells in StringGrids

Can I change the colour of an indivdual cell or the text in a cell of a String Grid in Delphi 7 personal.

I want to be able to change the colour of various cells from red to green etc depending on a triggered event.

If there is a free equivealent of the built in Delphi String Grid that can do this then that would be fine.
