I am a newbe so not sure if this is possible or not.

I am looking to create a form that will source its data from a query (perhaps a Union query). The form will essentially present the data in a table format. One of the fields will be formatted as currency.

e.g.
Client £amount
123456 £2000
234567 -£2000

Is it possible for the £2000 figure to be coloured black and the £-2000 figure to be coloured Red so visualy the user can identify -ve figures etc....

thanks

Have a look at conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.

This is really a more a forms question, which should have been placed in the forms forum (forum702)

Another way then mentioned by PHV, is to simply use the format property of the control, which allows for different formats on positive, negative and zero and Null.
