Changing color on ISPF field

Is it possible to change the attributes inside rexx for a certain field on an ISPF panel?

Code: 
    } TYPE(INPUT)  COLOR(&INPCLR) CAPS(OFF)
and set "inpclr" in the code before the DISPLAY/TBDISPL. Note that for a TBDISPL, all instances of that attribute are affected. If you want to change color on a single line, you're going to have to learn about dynamic areas.
