Changing code for restricted phones

My system is currently programmed with a 5 digit code to allow a restricted phone to dial out. it's a 5 digit number before the 9. How can I change it as everyone knows it.

grab an NTP and look for feature access codes. if u don't see it there, go to LD 87 and print out the ESN or print the actual 5 digit code to see what it's built as.
