Changing CFN1 for # of Rings 1

I've been reading some past posts about changing the number of rings on a phone. I understand how the RC0 setting correlates with the CFN1,2 and 3 options. All of my CFNx's are set to 4 along with all of my DFNx's. I would like to change one of the CFNx's and DFNx's to CFNx 3 and DFNx 3 so that I can assign certain sets to this ring value, but it will not let me change it in LD 15, CHG, CDB. This is the error message I get:

Any help would be great.

<cr> til you get CFN0 x etc
change as required
