We are using CCM 6.0 and are looking to revise our front-end applications (options customers have to choose from) and we are worried that if we make the changes to the current CDNs we will lose or skew our historical reporting. What is the best practice for making changes to your master script so that the reporting is not skewed or lost?

Hi,

What is it you are trying to do?

I usually try and keep changes to the master script until quiet periods or out of hours.

Why would you change the underlying CDNs? Do you mean you would change the applications (i.e. the scripts)?

If you change the content of the application only, then MI is not affected. If however, you create a new application, then this will impact MI.
