I have a Legend basic carrier with the following cards:
slot 1: 400 GS/LS
slot 2: 408 GS/LS-MLX
slot 3: 008 MLX
slot 4: 012 (Legend mail)
slot 5: 408 GLM-U

I need to have another trunk port availible. I was considering changing the 008MLX card for a 408 GS?LS-MLX.
If I do that would I just do a board renumber for it to recognize the new trunk ports and would it throw off the numbering of the subsequent trunks? I would guess that it wouldn't affect the station numbering.I want to make sure I know what this would entail before I offer this option to the big wigs.

Yes and Yes. Although you could just move the 4 trunks in slot five over to the new module in slot 3 and then add your new trunk to the module in slot 5.

Yes. That would save some programming time. Thanks for the help!
