I know I've done this before but for the life of me I can't remember how; I have a range of extensions (2xxx) at a remote site connected to our Definity through a tie trunk. When the trunk is down (fairly often) the switch routes these calls through the PSTN. I need change where these calls get routed to and I can't seem to find the right config screens. I don't think it's ARS as the numbers are in the dial-plan as local extensions.

Thanks for any help

Probably this numbers are routed via UDP. list udp will be a good start point for further investigation.

After you do the list udp command find the location number of remote switch. Then do displ aar anal nnn(location number) to see which route pattern the location number is using.

Thanks guys this is exactly what I was looking for - I changed the relevant route patterns and it works fine now.
