Can anyone help me on setting up the call flow details in VM Pro to allow a user to change their call forwarding number. I think I've got the flow down, but it's not accepting/recognizing my access code dtmf.

If you are accessing this remotely, you can create the following under "Default Start Points.Collect"
1.Menu action with a new touch tone 2?? (2 being the start of the extension number on your IPO, then enough ? for the rest of the extn number)You will need a timeout or another touch tone going to a Get Mail set for "Callers Mailbox" under "Specific" for normal mail access.
2. A Play Configuration Menu with "Mailbox" set under "Specific". For the Mailbox destination have $KEY.
3.Connect timeout or other touch tone to Get Mail.
4. Connect 2?? (or whatever you have created) to Play Config action.
5. Create entry prompt for Menu action to explain to caller what to do( eg "hold to get VMail, enter extention number to change settings....")
6. Give everyone who is to use this a voicemail code.
7. In "Incoming call routes" make the destination of the number you are using "voicemail"

When you dial in, you should get your message. Enter the extn number you have and you should be asked to "enter your access code". Once that is done, you should be right to configure the user settings.
Cheers
