I have to change about a dozen extensions button 0 for a differant ACD group. As I was doing it, about half way done with the extensions, I started to get this:

REQ: CHG
TYPE: 2008
TN 22 12
ECHG YES
ITEM KEY 00 ACD 5100 SCH0719
KEY
The SCH0719 keeps appearing before I finish. The finish line should be this: KEY 00 ACD 5100 0 6328 press enter.

Any ideas whats wrong?

I also had NUL button 00 before trying to chang it to another existing ACD "5100" .

Hello rampage60
SCH 0719 states that the ACD positions are full,,cannot add more... Colin

OK, how do you increase the ACD positions?

Hi
this is done in LD 23
LD23
REQ PRT
TYPE ACD
ACDN 5100
Press carriage return to print the queue.
Use the same overlay to change the setting, at REQ enter CHG and <CR> until MAXP is reached. Change it to a higher number.

Try that

Colin

I keep getting this when I try. "SCH0723" It is set at 120. I would like to bump it to at least 130.

REQ CHG
TYPE ACD
CUST 0
ACDN 5100
MWC
MAXP 130
SCH0723

Looks like 120 is max for MAXP. I can not increase any ACD groups beyound 120. Even if I subtracted form one, it does not matter. This is tough!

Never use ECHG on ACD sets as it can corrupt the M1 database. Disable the set 1st, then OUT it, then create it as a NEW set. You can get your software re-cut to allow for more ACD agents. Pays to check your PKGs 1st to see what else you might want as most of the cost is in getting the s/w re-cut.

Depending on your system type - the limitations are:
1-70 for M,S, and MS sytems
1-120 for LE,N,and ST systems
1-240 for XN, RT, VLE, XL, and Option 21 systems
1-500 for NT and Option 51 and 61 systems
1-1000 for XT and option 71

You may also be out of liscense. got to LD 11. when the heading info printes look for ACD agents and see how many you have available.

Also,
i have an 81 and you may have reached your software limit (purchased limit that is) you would have to contact your authorized nortel supplier and pay for additional licenses.

ACDAGENTS = ? what ever

===============
also as others say never change, better to out, but with rel 25.4 i have been able to chg acd sets. but never saying yes to quick change.

Also X out the SPID first, then exit
come back in and null out all acd keys, exit and then reenter and do changes. But with all of that, you might as well out the set and cpy 1 from another set
