Changing BCM hard Drive 1

I need to change the hard drive on my BCM as it is bombs out after a couple of days.The telopnoney side works but It won,t answer the call pilot and the I can,t web browse,Any advise ?

Before you change the hard drive, check to see if you have leaky capacitors on the system board/base function tray (depending on what type of system you have, i.e, BCM 200/400 or 1000). It's a known problem on certain versions of BCM. Your vendor should be able to assist with that, and get a case open with Nortel to replace the hardware if applicable.
