Management finds it easier to review Microsoft Project calendars when each resource is assigned a different bar color. My crayons are wearing out. Any suggestions on how I can do this programmatically?

Buy bigger crayons.

In the Gantt view double click on each bar. In the popup choose the Bar Shape tab, choose the "Middle" section and select the colour. You have 16 colours but you can also choose the background pattern.
