I got this request from a manager and am unsure how to do the change. Is it possible? How do you do it in CM?
"We often have to warm transfer to agents at other sites. When an agent does this, it puts the agent into the default aux (0). Sometimes, the agent has to wait multiple minutes before we get through an agent in Chicago or Milwaukee. This is messing up our aux 0 #s and we'd like to put it under aux 8.
Can we please have these get put under aux 8? Please let us know if this is possible.
We've defined aux 8 as
