I currently have DN 2200 on LDN0 and would like to have my outcalling caller id to show 2100. Is there a way I change that without changing my current LDN0? Also I have a CLID built but I'm not sure how to make the Attendant console use a specific CLLID entry. Any help would be appreciated.

The clid table is what's going to show on your calling id not LDN.

Hey vztech I understand that the CLID table shows my calling id, but can you assign a specific CLID entry to the autoattendant (M2250 Console)?

hi lubbtech

NO,cange ldo to 2100 and ldn1 to 2200

Note to sure about that. why would you want the console to send out ID does he or she make many calls?

My problem is that my DID range is from 2100-2199, 2100 is my main number built as an ACD pointing to my MerMail. So I do not want to put 2100 on ldn0. I have modified my clid table which shows enrty 0 as 2100 and entry 1 as the station DN. I went back and modified my stations to use entry 0. I quess my question still stands, is there anyway to make the attendant console use a specific CLID entry?
Problem is resovled but I would still like to know if there is any way to make the attendant console use a specific CLID entry.
Thanks,
