Hiya

Hope someone can help with this.

We want to change the location that users keep their archive folders in. Unfortunately most users can't be relied upon to do this themselves and keep using the default location setup in Outlook.

What I want to do is change the default location in the login script so that users don't have to change it themselves.

I've looked in the registry to see if the location is set in there but can't find it.

Does anyone know where this is set?

Thanks
Dave

"001e6700"="C:\\Documents and Settings\\%username%\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\archive.pst"

This is what I found, maybe it will help.

Pst information is stored in one of the dynamically generated subkets, and there may be more than one instance. The long hex number part will be different on different systems. You can seach under each of the subkeys for the value 001e6700 to find it.
