Changing an Stock item to be non -stock

HI guys

am trying to change an item from being a stoking item to become non stock.
i have made the quanties to be zero but it now say i must change the costing method to be User defined
how do i change this?????

currently its on moving average

Change the costing method to User Defined.

Create a new IC account set and set the costing method to User Defined, then change the account set on the non stock item to your new account set.
