Changing an AutoAttendant message remotely

Can this be done? I have customers ask all the time, but I've never tried it. I always thought no, but I wanted to make sure.

You call in when you hear the AA greating dial ** then the Admin mailbox and the password(102####) then dial 99 ,you will hear the options for changing the greetings and changing the business status

you can also lay and record to an external number, not just an extension

Yea it's rerecording the current greeting not changing it so you need to know what greeting is playing. But if you enable the modem you could use the EM to access the CP to change the greetings.
