Changing Agent Password?

Is it possible for the agents to change the password for their agent ID?

I've seen the stuff for changing the security code for the phone but nothing for the agent id.

wild guess: did you try to use 'change security code' fac while agent is logged in on the extension?
 
I did try that. It didn't seem to work.

I did get an email back from our support guys and they tell me it is not possible. Not sure what the value of a password is, if it has to be set up by someone other than the user. *shrug*

Agents cannot change there password unless they have access to the pbx and do a change agent.

 
Very large oversite on Avaya's part if you ask me.
