Could some one help me, on changing the password on NT ADMIN,
after changing it, screwed up the exchange box
and where under exchange i should change the password too ?

In services (control panel) you specify which account Exchange should use to start itself. Whoever installed Exchange didn't do it thoroughly.

Stop the exch services, change the username and password. Suggest you have an account for an Exchange Admin user with a nasty password that is never used except for this service account.

Once in Exchange Admin, ensure that properties on the containers are set for this account too :)
