What's involved in doing this!? Is it as easy resetting it in AD or are there some things to watch out for!?

Thanks in advance...

main thing you need to be aware of is if services are running under the admin account, they will fail with a password change. specifically things like backup exec services usually get installed with the admin account. also any scheduled tasks that may have been setup with the admin account will fail also. probably want to document that old password as a lot of people setup the AD recovery account with the same password as they set for the admin account. then someday when you need to restore AD you will have the password that was probably used.
