Changing a url link in SP

How do I change a link in the Quick Launch bar? I currently have the url set to

http://192.168.0.15/docs/

and would like to change it to

http://192.168.0.15/documents/

I read something about updating the site through FrontPage but this is not an option.

What is the wasiest way to do this? It seems like it would be a pretty common thing to want to do but I can't seem figure it out.

Just create the new repository with the quicklaunch shortcut and in Explorer view of the repository move all the documents over to the new location. I think you will lose versioning if you do it this way though.
