You need a utility called PST19UPG which can be found on the web. The utility was originally designed to upgrade the PST format to version 19, but in the process of performing this task it strips out/removes the password.
Make a copy of your original pst for backup purposes. Run the program with the options
PST19UPG -x <filename>.pst where filename is the name of your pst file.
It will then create a file called <filename>.psx which is the version 19 file.
Now run the program again with the option
PST19UPG -i <filename>.psx
It will now convert your file back to the original pst format and you will lose the password. Just run outlook as normal and you will see all your personal folders.
