This is probably something really simple, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.

I have two fields, both yes and no, that return a numerical value (1=Yes and 2=No). I'd like to do a report where it prints a yes or no instead of the number. How do I do this? I have a select query set up for the report.

Thanks!

Linda Adams
Garridon@aol.com
<a href= Adams Online
I'm a professional writer, published internationally.

Make a new field it cannot be the same name as the Yes/No field
Put this in the Control Source
=IIf([FieldName]=-1,"Yes","No")

If you want it to show as Yes or No all the time, you can change it in the table itself. In design mode, click on the YesNo field and select Yes/No from the pulldown on the "General" tab below.

Thanks for your help! I'll give this a try.

Linda Adams
Garridon@aol.com
<a href= Adams Online
I'm a professional writer, published internationally.
