Hello, gang. I would like to change a user's maiden name in the Outlook 2003 mail folders. I can right-click where it says, "Mailbox-John Doe",the Outlook Today properties, left-click on Properties, but I cannot change the users last name to her new married name. Her mail account is properly named, but is there an option in Exchange where I can change it where it shows up in Outlook Today? I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

What's the display name set to on the account? You can't do anything from the client. It's done at the server.
