changing a db name

Hi there,
Does anyone know how I can change the db name (keeping all the existing tables/funcitons) via sql or pgadmin?

Ive been looking around but can't really find where i'd do this ....

Surprises me that you could not find it. Its very easy to find.

Here is the prototype...

ALTER DATABASE name RENAME TO newname

Try that.
