Hi!
Is it as simple as changing the type in LD11 or is there other problems associated with changing the phone over?

With an ACD, out the phone and start over with a new build for the M3905.

never make any change to an acd phone.. for any reason.. ever. always out the set and put it back in new. that goes for mov and cpy commands also. you can not change the type of any set, the switch never gives you that option./. prt the set out the set rebuild on the same tn.. the only thing unique about an acd set is in cls add agn or spv.. then build the keys

You cannot just change from one phone type to another with Nortel, you have to rebuild it as new. Boy, I miss that old Lexar that just let me change to a different "template"...

rolm was the same way before the buy out, pick the phone type, feature table and your done.. another great feature i wish nortel would includs was single line command option, instead of new return 2616 return 0 return x x x x return.. if you knew the command you could new 2616 0 x x x and only return if you needed the prompt... that was 20 plus years back
