Hello - tying to make a change on a 3904 set, when I enter the TN 31 15 (Option 11) I am getting SCH1958. When I do a help on the PBX (do not have error input/output NTP) I get:

REQ:
REQ CHG
TYPE: chg
SCH0099 CHG?
TYPE: 3904
TN 31 15
SCH1958
TN

I tried outing get the samething. When I do an IUD it sees the set. Then I tried entering the TN as 31 0 00 15 and I get:
TN 31 0 0 15
SCH6224 - ANOTHER USER IS ALREADY ACCESSING THAT TN.
TN

Any ideas???? Thanks!!

Sorry, I meant on the second line is when I do help on the PBX it does not have any info I get:
OVL441 Help text not found for error code: SCH1958

When I try to disable the unit, out, move or change I get the same error code. It shows idle. I am not familiar with LD 143. At the . prompt do I just enter halt, the to start up unhalt?

Thanks - this is driving me nuts!

do HALT at the chicken lips prompt > after you login and before you go into a load.

Also, you can type WHO at the chicken lips prompt > and see what or who else is logged in or active. It will say MIDN if midnights are running

I suspect some other app (like OTM) is stuck making a change to this set - if you still can not out, disable, or change after an hour - you may need to INI

Thanks!! I did figure out how to do halt / halt off Friday -but still could not change the set, got the same error code. My next thought was to INI the switch. Thanks for confiming!!!

i have had to out the set before and then put it back in new.
