This is probably a dumb question, but we have removed the PRI from our CS1000 and went SIP with it to a third party switch. I have the CS1000 talking to the third party switch via a SIP trunk, so all is well there, I am just trying to find where you re-route the 9 plus digits trough a DSC to my NRS out my SIP trunk. I looked at all my trunk access codes and it isn't an ACOD on any of my Routes, so I am trying to figure out where it is programmed at.

9" is your AC1 and is programmed in the ESN Data Block, in LD 86

You are correct, it is, can I remove it from there and then is it available in my dial plan? Do I HAVE to have an AC1?

You would have to remove all the BARS programming to remove AC1, just change it to something else then "9" will be available.

Does it have to be a single digit, or can I make it something like 1234?

I just tried it and as long as the number is available in the dial plan it works, thank you very much!
