Changes executable icons

I know this might sound random, but does anyone know if its possible to change the icon of a .exe without creating the whole thing again? I'd just rather do this than have shortcuts to them

I have changed many icons in the past and thought they were all in folder options but lo and behold exe is not there. Do a Google of exe icon and you will find what you are looking for.

Ahhh, I found it on the 2nd link from google :$ Cheers Hadn't actually thought of googling it
