Changer Mount Media Error

Hi,
I got the following message "changer mount media error" and ""drive hardware is offline" in my Veritas Backup Exec 8.5. I've tried restarting the service and reboot the server. The operating system (win2k adv server) is able to detect the hardware (HP StoreStore Autoloader x 6) but when I tried to run a job it gave me the same error again (hardware offline + changer mount error). No configuration is changed all the while.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
