have an existing mics that has 3 digit station numbers with a PRI. the target DID numbers ring in on the 3 digit station numbers. the customer whats to change the 3 digit station numbers to 4 digit to match the DID numbers which i think is not an issue but the system has a call pilot 100 on it with 3 digit voicemail boxes on it. can i change the voicemail boxes to 4 digit and keep the recordings on extensions and AA.

no sure if the call pilot will turn on the message light if the station number changes and do not match the call pilot ext number. any other issues to think about losing by doing this. can the voicemail number stay the same or does that have to be 4 digits. do not want to default anything. do not have PRI key codes.

thanks

The call pilot will have to be defaulted if you change DN length.
