Changeing Messages

I just inherited a bcm 5.0. This system is not attached to any network yet so I do not have and remote access. My question is , can I have one of the on site people change the up front message by using the the telephone handset. Example: "we have to closed early do to a snow storm." They would want the caller to here a message that says we are closed today do to the weather. Can this be done? Thanks

yes they can, but it will be somewhat difficult to navigate thru the AA table, Greetings ETC.. than you 'll have to remember to put it back. and you can only change a holiday schedule thru the element manager.

May be easier to have the on-site person plug laptop into BCM LAN port and use Element Manager/CallPilotManager to reprogram the system. It doesn't have to physically connected to your LAN to connect to it, just need physcial access to plug in a patch cord.
