Changed Strip Size, do I need to reinstall OS?

Using a ServeRAID 6i adapter and rebuilt the arrays and logical drives, and then installed Win2003 Server. But I didn't change the stripe size to what I needed it.

So after the OS install, I rebooted with the ServeRAID support CD and changed the stripe size, is it crucial that I reinstall the OS or will it affect anything if I don't? Now would be the best time to so I was wondering.

I would think that if windows booted after the change that there would be no need to reinstall. But if you want to be safe then a reinstall would make sure that you have no problems down the road.
