Changed server IP - can't get to Accpac DB

I changed the IP address on our accpac server and now none of the clients (on win2k pro) can access the database. When they try to logon they get an error message, "Cannot access database (error = 49153). Also tried the Pervasive Function Executor and got the following Btrieve error, "Btrieve Error on operation B_OPEN(0). Btrieve status 3014 "The Microkernel router cannot find an engine." on file ...\apadv.dat." I thought it might be a WINS error, but need some help. Thanks.

A reboot of the server, once everyone was gone, seems to have solved the problem. Though, I still have a question as to what changing the IP on the server broke in Accpac. Thanks.
