I am looking for a Changed Number Intercept System to notify callers when a number has been changed or disconnected. Our current platform is no longer functional or working so we are manually receiving the calls (what a pain). This is to be run off of a Class 5 switch (GTD-5) and our support vendor is quoting much more complex and subsquently expensive systems that we require. All I need is less one T1 interface to route callers to the proper message that tells them that what the new number to referr the caller to is.
This seems to me like a very basic application. The quotes we're receiveing are for boxes that include many IVR, conferencing, and other applications that we are currently serving differently.
Do any of you have a recomendation of products or applications that I could look into? I'm talking basic Changed Number annoucments only as my need.
