We changed our admin password due to an employee leaving.
Now,
When arcserve runs each night it crashes our exchange server.
THe error log says " Failed to open information store"
It says this for every mailbox. We are basically forced to reboot the excahnge box to fix this each morning. What we dont get is when we create the job it let's us select the brick level.. so why wont it back it up?
When we changed the admin password, we changed any NT service account that used that password too. ALl should be updated that needed updated. What are we missing? Is there something in arcserve itself that needs updating/changing?
